Return Authorization

We do not accept returns without prior authorization. If you would like to return a product, you must call 1-866-606-0106 for authorization. Products may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date if they are still in the original condition and original packaging. All returned window murals are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping fees for products are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For exchange of products differing from the original order, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges incurred. A credit will be applied to your account once the merchandise is returned in its original condition.

All packages are insured for damage in shipment. Please keep all original packaging showing signs of shipment damage and call 1-866-606-0106 for getting a replacement.
